Councillors Surgeries are held on 1st Saturday in the month (excluding Bank Holidays) at St Paul's Methodist Church, Chapel Street between 10.20 am and 10.50 am. Also at Whin View Court Sheltered Housing Unit every 1st Saturday between 10.00 am and 10.50 am.

Councillors surgeries are also held at Havercroft Community Centre on 3rd Friday in month between 6 and 7pm. 

The above councillors will visit elderly and disabled people in their own home on request.
